Return Eligibility

We support a free return service for all products within sixty days from the date you receive your order. All unused, unopened, and intact products with original packaging are eligible for return applications. For products with quality problems or logistics damage, return support is also provided normally.

Return Application Process

Customers who need to return goods shall submit a return application through the contact page. Our customer service team will verify the application and reply with return guidance and relevant instructions as soon as possible. Please do not return goods without official confirmation.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned products to meet the return conditions, we will complete the refund processing within five to ten working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

Refund Explanation

All eligible returns enjoy full refund service. Since we bear all shipping and tariff costs for the original order, no additional freight or handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not support return and refund applications for products damaged due to personal use, improper storage, or artificial damage.
